I have been observing the initial feeds from the recent arrivals. Currently, it appears that what information they receive depends on who greets them and what questions they ask. Given that the simple lack of a warning not to pet the rabbits can lead to injury, this strikes me as a hazardous state of affairs.

I believe a standardized briefing should be compiled to be made available to new arrivals. I would welcome suggestions as to what current inhabitants consider vital information.

Are ALL the bunnies bad? Or just some of them? I haven't seen any bunnies here, but the ones the deranged man was playing with and the ones Katniss killed to eat. But I haven't seen any that are still alive yet! Are they ALL bad, Mister?

I'm not completely certain, but it's at very least a significant percentage of the population. I don't believe there's any way to tell the difference aside from one of them attacking you or getting a look at the teeth.

Maybe if someone talks to the bunnies, they can make them understand that they're being mean and not cute and then they'll want to be cute again.

[Five year old girls, superhero or not, are really not inside Sephiroth's zone of competency. They are, in fact, so far outside it that they might as well be aliens. Actually, he might deal with aliens better.]

...I don't believe the rabbits comprehend human language. In any case, being meat-eaters by nature, I doubt they would be inclined to change their habits even if they did. It's best to simply keep your distance.
