Sephiroth

[The PCD is not picking up Sephiroth very well because he's holding it in one hand and moving a lot, but there are flashes of leather, silver hair, and steel. Mostly, what the PCD is picking up is the absolute devastation around him. Sephiroth is out in one of the more urban areas of the Wastelands, and he is destroying it. The mangled corpse of a horned worm is briefly visible as Sephiroth leaps into the air.

There's a quick series of slashes, visible as flickering steel in the feed, but more revealed by the arcs of blue-white light that result, cutting through a building and sending it crashing apart in pieces.]

This is unsatisfactory. Is there anyone willing to spar with me? In the interest of full disclosure, I am capable as both swordsman and magic user, and I am not in the best of moods.

[It's obvious the pcd hasn't been activated on purpose; the video is just darkness initially, and the audio of the deep voice is faintly muffled.]

-unfamiliar terrain. Zack? Strife? Marshall?* Damn.

[Some rustling, and now the video has something to see, apparently the pcd was in his pocket and is now in a gloved hand, the landscape blurring by before it settles on a view of Sephiroth's face. He frowns for a moment before his expression smooths over into something blank and professional.] This isn't my- ...I assume there is someone else receiving this transmission. I wish to know where I am, why, and ideally, what's happened to my subordinates.

*ShinRa trooper #2 never actually got a name, poor guy, so he's getting one now.

Sephiroth is a master swordsman, wielding the oversized Masamune with sometimes disturbing ease. Thanks to his various mad scientist inflicted enhancements, he's faster, stronger, has better reflexes and better senses than normal humans or even most other SOLDIERs. He can cut through metal or stone with little apparent effort and is able to produce energy 'scythes' by swinging his sword. Octaslash, a series of eight sword strikes, is one of his signature moves. He's also a capable materia user, with a full set of mastered materia - the set translated from what he had in FF7 to Crisis Core's materia setup would be:

Blizzaga - Drops a large block of ice on enemy; may inflict Stun
Firaga - Shoots three fireballs at enemies
Curaga - Restores large amount of HP (health)
Quake - Creates earthquake around user to damage all enemies, does not affect aerial enemies
Thundaga- Shoots bolts of lightning at enemies

Also in possession of:

Silence - Inflicts Silence status on an enemy (Exactly what it says on the tin)
Esuna - Removes negative status effects
Dualcast - Uses Magic Materia twice in succession. Not compatible with Flare or Ultima
Iron Fist - Inflicts physical damage to enemy, ignoring defense
Wall - Lowers physical and magic damage

He also has a Limit Break, which would only appear under extreme duress, known as Supernova. This originally involved.... well, a supernova. The sun exploding and engulfing planets until it hits his opponents in a wave of flame. This is obviously not staying as-is, so since the mods didn't say anything about getting rid of it, I'm just nerfing it to a wave of fire attack.

Obviously, he is in possession of Masamune since getting it off him would require prying it from his cold dead fingers.
