argentimperator[Sephiroth is pretty visibly different. For one thing, he's wearing normal, casual clothing instead of his shoulder armor and combat leathers. For another, the cat-slit green eyes don't glow as brightly as they usually do. And for once, Masamune is nowhere to be seen. So yeah, Sephiroth is definitely affected.]
This is getting ridiculous. I'm hardly an expert on large-scale operations, but shouldn't the sane people be working together to contain the adversely affected instead of squabbling with each other over who is going to take care of what and how?
I may or may not be affected, obviously I wouldn't be able to tell, but I don't honestly care. At least I'm not planning any bloody massacres, and I'm willing to help deal with the people who are.
