No. But he lived through it. And just because you haven't doesn't mean he can just let go of those memories and forgive you because you're not the same person he once fought against. He's entitled to dislike you the same way you're entitled to dislike him. But you can't expect someone who lived through that three times to not hold that against you just because you haven't yet.

I did the same thing he did. Only he was stronger and succeeded. My point is: If I had succeeded, how can I know for sure you wouldn't think that of me?
