[The PCD has apparently been set aside in a moment of distraction and turned itself on. Sephiroth doesn't notice the blinking red light as he frowns curiously at the man running the particular booth. He's really only gone out to examine the festival because he knows full well that if he doesn't go on his own, he'll likely be dragged to it by Riku, Jr., or both.]

That's right, sir, it's a test of dexterity. You have to be quick, precise, and careful, or else the paper net tears and the fish stay in the water. Why don't you give it a try?

Very well. [He hands the attendant a couple of vaguely coin-shaped slices of rock, having noted quickly that they don't require actual money. On the first try he only ends up with a broken net, but he works out quickly where he went wrong, and on the second attempt he scoops out a pretty white fish with red spots.]

Congratulations, sir! One quick learner you are. Here!

[Sephiroth looks a touch surprised when the attendant puts the fish in a bag with some water and pushes it into his hands. Apparently he didn't realize that succeeding meant you won the fish. What is he going to do with a fish?]

[Vincent is most definitely not having fun at the carnival. In fact, he's trying to extricate himself from him after lighting some incense sticks in the little temple he found some way away.

But that scene is just too much from him to walk away from, so he'll just wait until Sephiroth notices him. Vincent is good at being invisible ina crowd, but when he wants to be seen, he's rather hard to miss.]
